Pars Equality Center’s Immigration Services Department Continues To Serve The Immigrant Community

In light of the recent global outbreak of COVID-19 and issuance of directives from health authorities, Pars Equality Center (Pars) is closed to the public until further notice.

However, Pars Immigration Services Department continues to serve the community by offering remote immigration services including:


– scheduling consultations and meetings by phone or videoconference;

– reviewing documents electronically; and

– filing cases online

Our Immigration and Citizenship services include Legal Consultations, U.S. Citizenship/Naturalization applications, Immigration Visa Petitions, Consular Processing & Inadmissibility Waivers, Green Card and Green Card renewals, Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), U Visa, and other humanitarian relief, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), Employment Authorization and Representation at USCIS interviews. Our experienced legal staff can assist you in English, Spanish, Persian (Farsi) and French.
