Public Charge Rule Unblocked – Again

On November 3, 2020, the Seventh Circuit issued an administrative stay of the lower court’s decision to vacate the DHS Public Charge Final rule pending an appeal which is effective immediately. Accordingly, applications must be filed with the Form I-944. Pars Equality Center’s Immigration Services Department will continue to monitor the situation and provide any updates.
