On February 24, 2021, President Biden revoked the Trump administration’s order preventing foreigners from moving to the U.S. on new green cards, stating that the order failed to advance American interests. As a result, immigrant visa applications that were suspended under Proclamation 10014 should resume processing subject to the remaining COVID-19 travel restrictions.
