The judge has rescheduled the summary judgment hearing in Pars Equality Center v. Blinken, which challenges the Travel Ban waiver program, to 8/16 at 2 pm PST / 5 pm EST.
The hearing will be virtual. Despite the Biden administration’s rescission of the ban, countless families remain separated and caught in prolonged administrative delays, with little information or clarity and no recourse to repair the damage. Please consider viewing this virtual hearing to show the judge that this is still an important issue for our communities.
