After 12 years of outstanding service and remarkable leadership, our esteemed COO, Reza Odabaee, retired on May 1, 2024. His invaluable contributions to Pars have made a lasting impact. Reza’s unwavering commitment to helping others has set a high standard for all Pars employees, inspiring them to carry on his legacy of dedicated service.
Although Reza has retired, he will continue to be actively involved with Pars as a board member. His wealth of knowledge and experience will remain vital in supporting our organization and benefiting the community we serve.
We are pleased to announce that Peyman Malaz, our Los Angeles Center Director, has now assumed the role of COO. Peyman’s exceptional leadership and dedication to our mission have been evident throughout his time at Pars, and we are confident he will excel in this new position.
