Pars Equality Center remains deeply committed to protecting the rights, stability, and future of immigrant communities through our Immigration Legal Services Program. Across Los Angeles, San Jose, and Fremont, we provide high-quality, culturally, and linguistically competent legal services to individuals and families navigating an increasingly complex immigration system. Many of our services are offered at low or no cost to eligible community members.

Through our Immigration Legal Services Program, community members can access:

  • Naturalization and citizenship application assistance
  • Support with adjustment of status (green card applications)
  • Family-based petitions and consular processing
  • Work authorization (EAD) applications and renewals
  • Asylum applications
  • VAWA (Violence Against Women Act) self-petitions
  • Temporary Protected Status (TPS) and related benefits
  • Refugee travel document
  • U and T visas
  • DACA renewals
  • Know Your Rights education and community workshops

Our experienced legal team works closely with each client to assess their eligibility, develop strong applications, and provide ongoing guidance throughout the process.
