# Pars Equality Center > Pars Equality Center is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and community-based social and legal services organization founded in 2010, dedicated to the social, cultural, and economic integration of Persian-speaking immigrants and refugees, primarily from Iran, Afghanistan, and Tajikistan, into American society. Pars operates centers in San Jose, Fremont, and Los Angeles, California, providing immigration legal services, mental health programs, social services, refugee support, workforce and economic development, adult education, scholarships, and community engagement. The organization served more than 8,300 immigrants and refugees in 2025 through 12 program areas.
