As the security situation in Afghanistan deteriorates by the day, many Afghans and their friends and colleagues may be looking for resources on how to relocate to safety in the United States. We have compiled a number of resources to guide this search: If you are currently in Afghanistan, please check the U.S. Embassy website regularly for information about relocation and repatriation. Update as of August 24, 2021: Our current advice is not to approach the airport without specific instructions to do so. We continue to encourage everyone to check the US Embassy website for any new information.
