Individual Counseling
Life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face them alone. Our trained peer counselors offer one-on-one support in Persian, English and Dari, creating a safe space where you can openly discuss your thoughts and emotions. Whether you’re experiencing Stress, Anxiety, Depression, Self-doubt, Low self-esteem, Grief, loneliness, Unhealthy habits, addictions, Childhood trauma, Anger issues, Midlife crisis, financial stress, Loss or Unmotivated. Couples Counseling
Relationships can be challenging, and every couple faces difficulties at some point. Our couples counseling services provide a supportive and understanding environment to help partners strengthen their relationship and resolve conflicts. We assist couples in navigating intimacy issues, Frequent arguments and communication breakdowns, Broken trust, Financial disagreements and power imbalances, Cultural differences, Uncertainty about the future of the relationship, Parenting challenges and Emotional disconnection.
